Donating stock can be one of the most tax-efficient ways to act on your generosity. Check with your financial advisor on the best way to give stock. The following forms provide instructions and details you need to give an appreciated asset.

You can support Hosanna Church through your Donor Advised Fund. When you request a grant, please be sure to provide the information below.
DAF Donation Information

If you are 70½ or older, you can give up to $100,000 each year directly from your IRA to Hosanna Church. Starting at age 73, this gift can count toward your required minimum distribution. Check with your tax advisor or IRA administrator for details. Use the information below when setting up your gift.
QCD Donation Information

There are many options for giving to Hosanna as part of your will or estate plan. The most common way is through a simple bequest. You can give a specific amount, a percentage, or the remainder of your estate. If Hosanna is already in your plans, please let us know by completing this form.
Estate Gift Letter of Intent

You can name Hosanna Church as a beneficiary of your IRA as well as your life insurance policy. Check with your plan or policy administrator for details.

A Charitable Gift Annuity allows you to support Hosanna while receiving guaranteed lifetime income. You transfer cash or marketable securities to the church in exchange for a charitable income tax deduction and a commitment to provide fixed annual payments to you for life.

Property and Real Estate may be donated to the church. Please be sure to contact Hosanna first and also consult IRS requirements for these types of gifts.

For gifts of other tangible assets such as vehicles, jewelry, antiques, or collectibles, the items must be sold first and the proceeds donated.
